Latvian Ev. Lutheran Church of Indianapolis
The Latvian Ev. Lutheran Church of Indianapolis ("Church") provides liturgical services every week in the Latvian Language. Rev. Gunārs Lazdiņš is our current minster and spiritual leader. Once a month, a service is offered in the English Language. The Congregation has a Bible Study Group and Youth Group. After every service in the fall, winter and spring, a light sandwich lunch is served to promote and continue fellowship. Throughout the year various activities occur, including programs put on by the Sunday school, performances by musical and choral ensembles, and an annual church picnic each summer. For over 60 years, the Church continues to be one of the bedrock organizations of the Latvian Community.

The Church currently holds its services at the Pleasant View Lutheran Church which is located at 801 West 73rd St. Indianapolis, IN 46260 (approximately 5 minutes North of the Latvian Community Center). Services typically are held at 11:00 pm. However, on a few occasions, a service maybe held at a different time, please check the Calendar.
We would love to have you come visit and worship with us. If you do not speak Latvian, then please consider coming to our English Language Service. If you are interested in participating in any of the above mentioned programs, or would like to receive additional information about our congregation, please contact Rev. Lazdiņš at GLazdins@indy.rr.com or our President, Aija Brugman, at Brugbunch@aol.com.
GOD BLESS!!
