 Šodien Indianapolē pastāv daudz dažādu organizāciju, katra ar savām atsevišķām prioritātēm, bet mūsu kopējais mērķis ir uzturēt latvietību. Mēs saprotam, lai stiprinātu latvietību sabiedrībā, mums visiem jāstrādā kopā - tā atbalstot vienam otru. Indianapoles Latviešu Organizāciju Padome (ILOP), ir jumta organizācija vietējām Indianapoles latviešu sabiedriskām organizācijām. Tās uzdevums ir piedāvāt forumu šīm organizācijām koordinēt savus sarīkojumus un aktivitātes. ILOP katru gadu rīko 14 juniju aktu, Latvijas Valsts Svētki, teātra izrādes un citus sarīkojumus. Šogad, ILOP Valdes priekšsēdis ir Valdis Dricš.

 The mission of the Indianapolis Council of Latvian Organizations (ILOP) is to provide a forum for the local Latvian-American organizations to coordinate their events and activities. Every local Latvian Organization is asked to send a representative to the bi-monthly meetings. The President Position is changed annually between the four main Indianapolis Latvian organizations: Latvian Lutheran Church, Latvian Community Center, Latvian Welfare Association and the Latvian Catholic Association. This year the Latvian Catholic Association of Indiana is responsible for running ILOP with Valdis Drics being the President. Annually ILOP organizes the 14 of June Remembrance Program and the Latvian Independence Day program. In addition, if there is a group from Latvia or other traveling groups that are interested in performing in Indianapolis, ILOP is responsible for coordinating those events.
